Replacements - Defected products


Trap Department takes pride in our products and it is 100% guaranteed. However, if you have a received a product that is truly defective please contact us at shoptrapdept@gmail.com

If for any reason you have received a product that is defective you MUST contact us within 3 calendar days of the delivery date. Although we have no return/exchange policy we will address the quality issue. We wil provide you with instructions for return of all the products in question. If defects are confirmed we will then replace the product. If Items are returned without discussion about the product defect issue, we will return the item(s) to the customer without an exchange of the product.

 

Any wear to the product VOIDS the replacement!!! 

Orders CAN NOT be cancelled once placed.
